Hey y'all! I'm Leslie! A southern girl at heart who loves to travel!  I am a mom to two teen boys and my seniors girl clients are my chance to get some girl time in!  I love taking photos and documenting my clients' stories!  Check out this blog for fun info, sessions and so much more!

So today was the day….Your first day of your senior year!! Congrats Class of 2016! You are going to have an amazing year and so many great things are in store!! Your senior year in high school is going to be full of fun, exciting events that will add to your memories of high school. It can be bittersweet as it is the last year you are living at home, going to school with the same friends but it is also a year full of new adventures and exciting things ahead. My advice for your Senior Year: – Have fun!! Make the most of this last year in high school and make memories that you will treasure forever!! Do everything you want to do…go to those football games, homecoming dances, slumber parties, prom, senior trip and more. Don’t miss a second of this year and participate! Truly Participate!! – Spend time with your friends!! High school friends are unlike any other…they have been through great times with you and they have been through bad times with you. They know you, they know your family and they know where you come from. Some of these high school friends you have had since middle school or even elementary school. Don’t take them for granted but rather continue to grow that bond that you have been growing since your earlier years. – Get those College Apps in and then don’t worry! Now I know that is easier said than done but you can do it!! Just get it done so you can enjoy your senior year in high school. And try not to stress! Once they are sent off, there are gone and worrying about the result will not change the result. So just do your best and be confident in you! Once those acceptance letters start coming in, try and go with your gut…pick the school that fits you best and pick the school that will make you the happiest! I hope that all of my clients, spokesmodels and future clients had a great first day and continue to have a wonderful Senior Year!! Here’s to you Class of 2016!!! xoxo, Leslie The photos below were taken in Durham, North Carolina as part of a workshop I hosted along with my good friend Geni Bean of Pink Owl Photography. Back to School was the theme and we took these photos at an amazing private school in Durham, North Carolina. Thanks to everyone who attended this workshop as well as all the amazing models that did an awesome job!! raleighblog3 raleighblog1 raleighblog4 raleighblog5 raleighblog9 raleighblog11 raleighblog8
